Credits are reserved when you book and used when your session starts.
Cancel 48 hours or more before a session for a full credit refund.
Cancel 24 to 48 hours before a session for a 50 percent credit refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
If you do not attend, credits are deducted after a 10 minute grace period.
Late arrival does not extend the session time.
Each booking can be rescheduled once.
Admin may refund credits in genuine exceptional cases.
